We are a full corporation enterprise

Since 2012, we are a part of Novo Mercado, segment of B3 which unites the companies with the best governance practices, and we follow the recommendations of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). We are a full corporation enterprise, with no group of controlling shareholders in charge, and the graph to the right demonstrates our ownership structure.

According to CVM Resolution No. 44, a transaction or set of transactions is considered significant when the shareholder’s direct or indirect participation exceeds, either upwards or downwards, the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, and so on, of the company’s total shares.
