i. The income report (IR) is issued and sent by mail to the addresses registered in the Investors’ register.
ii. For shareholders with their shares registered at the B3 S.A. depository, the address used to send the report corresponds to the address registered with the brokerage firm with which the Investor maintains its relationship. In case of divergence, the change must be requested from the Broker. For shareholders with assets recorded in the Books, the change must be requested from the branches of Banco Bradesco S.A.
iii. The duplicate of the income report can be issued in the following ways:
a. Account holder of Banco Bradesco S.A .:
Through Internet Banking / Investments / Consultations / Income Reports.
b. Non-account holder of Banco Bradesco S.A.:
-> at any Bradesco Branch upon presentation of personal identification documents.
-> or even, by requesting the issuance of a duplicate, forwarding an e-mail to dac.acecustodia@bradesco.com.br
When requesting the e-mail, the shareholder must inform his full name, CPF number and attach a copy of the Official Identification document with photo, CPF and updated Proof of Address.
